Incentives Package
We’ve got a choice of five offers which are designed to suit different circumstances. For example, buyers with a property to sell can choose from part exchange* or opt for our ‘Easy Move’ package*
The latter in particular is designed to take all the hassle out of moving. Once a buyer has paid a reservation fee, we will take over the marketing of the buyer’s old property for six weeks and pay the estate agents fees
If after that time in the unlikely event that no sale has been agreed, we will happily refund the reservation fee.
Alternatively for buyers who do not have a property to sell, there is the choice of fitted carpets throughout or custom made wardrobes for the bedrooms. A third option is to have the back garden landscaped by a leading garden designer.
